Greater Grant Lay Organization: Letters of Intent forms are being accepted for members who desire to hold positions in the Greater Grant Lay Organization. Persons seeking those position must be eligible and qualified to be considered. Forms will be available at the church office, on the 11th Episcopal District Lay Website, or from the Chair of the Nominating Committee, Bro Robert Bradley. One must submit a Letter of Intent no later than January 5, 2025 by email to bossrobdisco@aol.com or by US mail to Robert Bradley, Jr., 11765 Cherry Bark Dr. E. Intent Forms may also be hand delivered to the Nomination Chair.

Trustee Elections at Greater Grant: Sunday, January 5, 2025 after Sunday Worship Experience. A Trustee in the African Methodist Episcopal church have the responsibility of all the church property. This includes management, maintenance, development, and use of property under the direction of the Church's Official Board for the support of the programs approved by the congregation.

Greater Grant Memorial AME Church Membership Survey: In an attempt to bring our official Church Membership Roll up to date with correct information, we need your help. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records is an obligation of the church -- and church members. As we continue to BUILD BACK GREATER, we are attempting to put our house in order with our record keeping so that everything is done properly and within required guidelines of scripture, the denominational guidelines of the AMEC and our local church guidelines. Consequently, we are beginning a process of updating the official Church Membership Roll. Once everyone, whose name we have currently, has been contacted, a recommended Church Membership Roll will be compiled for presentation first to the Church Leadership Team (Class Leaders) then to the church membership for official validation. This can hopefully be accomplished before the end of January 2025. Each Individual Family Member, who is a member of the church should complete a separate form.
